The University Village was the first custom-built student apartment complex at Maynooth Campus. Completed in 1991, it offers 240 single beds in 48 apartments arranged in four halls: Hargadon, Leavey, Mullin and Riordan.

Each apartment comprises five single rooms with two WCs and showers. An open-plan area consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, dining-room and lounge.

The facilities of the north campus are within easy reach, as are the amenities of Maynooth village, including the Manor Mills shopping complex.
